PLEASE READ: Horrible customer service and work quality. I took my taxes to him because my family told me to check him out. So i did and i really wish i never wasted the gas. He couldn't answer a simple tax question that i asked him ( and he has years of experience??) he also told me that it doesn't matter what you choose to collect on your Tax paperwork. If you ever done paperwork for a job you know that matters when it comes time for them to take taxes out. So when he did the paperwork i was getting a number i was not expecting. I understand that numbers change with each person but not by much. I work with numbers all day and just by simply doing process of elimination i knew something was wrong. When i asked about the numbers he became very defensive and didn't want to answer any of the questions that i was asking of him. He then asked if i wanted to review the numbers and i said honestly i do because something doesn't seem right. He than proceeded to give me an attitude and stormed out of the office mumbling something under his breath. He came back in the office and said he worked very hard on these numbers when just 20 min before he said he was done with my paperwork quickly. Not sure how QUICKLY and HARD WORK really come together. As we left my girlfriend said bye and he told her to GET OUT(yeah real nice customer service when you half-ass your work) So i took my W2's to someone else and behold $2000 more came out of no where. Now because his customer service SUCKS and his work quality and ethics SUCK my ENTIRE family has decided to not go to him anymore and decided on using someone else. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND ALL OF IT BEWARE OF USING ERNEST BENNETT AS YOUR TAX PREP PERSON BECAUSE HE WILL SHORT YOU!
