Tom was recommended to us by at the time my future boss. Tom worked with us in a somewhat complicated situation dealing with transitioning out of the military and moving to a new area/job; current pay, retirement pay and future income from new employer....There were times when we thought we will never close on time for my military style well coordinated move but Tom and his team made it happen. I would recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new home. They all made the process of getting a home loan very easy. He also provides $500 for your service at closing being a member of Homes for Heroes and BNC Bank forgives $1,095 in lender fees for VA borrowers. It was a great experience and I look forward to my new home.

To put it simply, Tom Brassfield is a hero. I have done a number of loans through Tom over the last 25 years. Not only has he been the ultimate professional and seeking out the best deals and making sure my interests were taken care of, he has been able to deliver consistently, regardless of the complexity, within the timeframe needed. Never was this more the case then earlier this year when I needed a minor miracle done, and he came through once again. Tom is a man of integrity that in my opinion is the most competent loan specialist in the industry. That’s a pretty huge combination and I encourage anyone looking for a home mortgage or refi to give Tom a call. He’s the best!
