Marianne makes home buying feel effortless. She made herself available to us (often outside normal business hours) to ensure we could get loan approval letters out each time we attempted to buy a property. She explains every step thoroughly, makes herself available for any questions and has the very best relationship we could hope for with other parties involved in the processes such as the realtor, title company, appraiser, etc. She is the only agent we will work with now.
