  Eagle Bank team is a very kind group who is willingly to help us when we need the most. They are recognized for their outstanding professionalism, work ethnicity and speed. This local bank is one of the great lenders we work with. I recommend everyone to try out with Eagle Bank before trying elsewhere.

  Update: finally got some traction after speaking to the kind manager, she assured me that Regina is the only loan officer which is why it takes so long. She did say this time frame was unacceptable but couldn't do anything to help. I'm not sure why others can't help the loan dept if she is that far behind....so Regina finally hits the ground running, only to deny us. I guess you have to have an 800 credit score, NO negatives on your credit (5 years ago means something to them), and make a million dollars a month to qualify for a loan with Eagle Bank. Thankfully we have been approved by 4 other lenders so we aren't stuck. Oddly we have NEVER been denied so I guess the relationship wasn't for us, Eagle Bank. Referred by guild mortgage to apply for land loan. Denied in a few hours (she didn't even want to help us get the right docs in to be approved). We had been approved through 4 different lenders prior, no reason for denial except lack of customer care and help. Second time around, (we should have known better but hey let's give them another chance) credit expired and we needed another pull, so we decided to go apply with Eagle bank again. Over a month later, still no determination because they haven't even ran the credit OR verified any of the employment docs we sent ONE MONTH AGO. They keep blaming the ice storm, that was 3 weeks ago but in reality we sent the paperwork the week before the storm and she just emailed me that she hasn't done anything on the application. We have seen houses and land sell in 3 hours or less, if you expect to buy a house-dont waste time with Eagle bank. They do not work for you nor do they care about getting things done timely when we are running out of time and could be homeless in 6 weeks. Thank you Regina.

  Amazing customer service!!! I'm always impressed that they know me by name and are always very friendly when I visit the branch!!!
