      Beware. I just looked them up in BBB. One star rating. They are not a BBB consumer. I read the reviews which should always be taken with a grain of salt. My shock was how the company responded rude and unprofessional. Their final nice response reads as lip service to save face. I will not consider using them. I'll be looking at BBB accredited mortgage companies and FDIC banks.
