  Working with Marc was such an easy process. Whenever I had a problem with the mortgage I would go to Marc and he would always resolve it. Not only that but I got a really good mortgage deal on my rental property. Thank you Marc and I look forward to working with you in the future.

  Marc Marrazzo you've done it for us with such ease. Refinance went so smooth we almost forgot we were going through a financial transaction. You and your team have shown us what the market can be for homeowners looking to buy or refinance their home. I don't give 5 stars to anyone unless it's earned and you and your team earned that. Spreading the word is least we can do for our seamless refinance. Kudos to United Mortgage.

  Marc Marazzo and United Mortgage really know how to be thorough and helpful in the home-buying/loan process. It was smooth and easy to get my pre-approval letter and even quicker to get the date extended (the market just wasn’t great, but Marc and his team were!). Several times I heard via text or email from Marc, Taylor, or someone from his team just checking in as we continued to look for a home. Once that day finally came when our offer was accepted, the process of getting all the paperwork and documents in order went along at a thorough pace and at no point was I confused or felt like I didn’t have someone I could reach out to if I had questions. Marc and his team made it easy to be confident things would move in a quick and direct manner. I highly recommend the Marazzo Mortgage Team of United Mortgage if you’re looking for a home owner’s loan.
