  I've been a customer for almost a month and I've yet to have a call answered or returned. Horrible customer service. And I believe they've reported some account information inaccurately. If the service isn't going to help, I'd at least expect them not to make things worse.

  Very frustrated. Just signed up and ALREADY having issues with not being able to link accounts. Becareful with these rinky dink credit companies that have horrible customer service. How are yall even in business operating like this??!!

These accounts are automatically scheduled to be reported to participating business credit bureaus on 6/9/22, which is 4 days after linking your accounts to eCredable. Please check your eCredable dashboard for the updates, and let us know if you have difficulty viewing this information.
