  Worse place, they are rude, I call the owner to tell him how bad I was treated it he didn’t care. He was also yelling at me I got my gold ring re-size they didn’t even put gold to close my ring they put silver be careful guys please.

  Just as we replied to you on Yelp, we'll do the same here: In the 50+ years that we've been in business we have NEVER used silver to repair a gold item and never will. As for your claim that we are the worst place and rude, our countless 5-star reviews will prove otherwise. You don't have a successful business for so long by treating customers as you claim we did.   Bracelet legally stolen after one week of being late no phone call -no negotiations- no reminder. They were extremely rude when i beg for my grandmother's bracelet. I was told that the bracelet was melted down the evil man response was" poor grandma "this is my fault for going to this business I read all the good reviews when I should have read them all. Beware of this place when getting a loan as soon as you can pay get your things out ASAP do not wait on reminder may not get one. This is a business that was built off others misfortune and the day will come when they have the same misfortune.

  We're sorry about your grandma's bracelet, however as any responsible adult knows, when you sign a contract you need to keep your end of the agreement as it is a legally-binding document that needs to be strictly adhered to, otherwise you forfeit your rights to the property as stated in said contract. That being said, we are legally bound to send a reminder once a customer's item is due, which we did, and you STILL didn't show up on time! Lastly, we are a business that was built off of hard work, determination and perseverance for over 50 years, it's not necessary to place a curse on us because you lost an item due to your own negligence.
