      I came in here twice this week; my experience was very good on both days thanks to a brilliant teller who knows how to give excellent customer service. I am a very-low-income client but was treated as if I am a millionaire. There was a long line of customers waiting ahead of me, moving rather slowly due to a shortage of tellers, but on the bright side, that shows there are a lot of folks who trust this bank. Judging from what I saw, the BofA teller who dealt with me must see at least 100 customers a day, but when I returned on Friday after being in the bank on Thursday, she remembered me (greeted me with "You are back!") and also recalled the details of my previous transaction. I regret that I did not get her name but she is a beautiful woman with a braided hairstyle and a very elegant accent; might be from the African continent or the West Indies. Treat this employee very well, BofA; she is worth more than her weight in gold!

      They only have one ATM for 10 people. It takes more than an hour for any procedure.

      This branch have been closed over a year and I tried to schedule an appointment to get to my safe deposit and I have so much trouble.
