      I scheduled an appointment with a banker, Sam, for 11am. I arrived on time and then I was asked to wait. After 30 minutes I asked for the status and they said that he's in a meeting, they don't know how long this will take and they couldn't interrupt him. I left. Two hours later, at 1pm, Sam called me and said that he had a three hours meeting. Meaning, he was busy between 10am and 1pm. Yet they had scheduled my appointment for 11am.

      Laughable. Went in to change my name and was told everything was done including all credit cards. NOTHING changed....Worthless customer service
