Contacted Dan this summer, he recommended NOT refinancing. Rates continued to drop, this fall the numbers did make sense and he made it happen. Greatly appreciate the honesty to turn down business if it doesn't make sense, in the end Dan and his team were great to work with and I knocked off 13 years on my mortgage at the same payment. Very COVID friendly transactions as well, my next loan will be with Dan Also, the JJO advertisements got me :)

Lots of Empty Promises and then Excuses because of appraiser (SCAM)....wanted to refinance and get cash back for bathroom remodel.....got drastically under appraisal....played the scam that nothing could be done...$4,500 later all We received was 2 years on mortgage....interest lower and 1800 cash....for a older home with 165,000 or better with Good credit.....HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Had an appointment, waited and no phone call. I called 5 minutes into the appointment time and asked if I was suppose to call or if Dan was calling me. Was told Dan was running behind but will call me “in a bit.” Twenty minutes into the appointment and still no phone call. I called again and was told “he’s just really behind schedule, can he call you at 5:00pm?” I wasn’t available so reschedule to Monday at 6:00pm. I asked that I be called if he was going to be late so I don’t rush home since I work on the other side of town. Monday comes along, I rushed home so I don’t miss the call and what happens, NO PHONE CALL! Don’t waste your time as “he’s too busy!”
