      Not once but twice when taking money out or cashing checks, they asked what I was using the money for! Well it’s my cash and it’s none of your business! After asking what they want the information for and what are they doing with it they couldn’t provide me an answer. I’m glad that my family was in a position to cancel all accounts with Heartland Credit Union and move our money to a better establishment. People in this country need to wake up and realize that we are not subject’s we are CITIZENS!!!

      Was highly recommended by a friend so I joined and everything was fine. Was in process of moving my social security payment to Heartland and then the next morning when trying to login it said my account was closed. There was no reason given and to this day I never received an answer as to why. I guess depositing money and paying bills is illegal. Never had any overdrafts.
