      If I could give them no stars I would . I actually called and talked to some girl named NATALIE !!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! she was super rude and cut me off mid sentence I had questions about my account and she was super rude about it ! Idk if she was having a bad day or what but RUDE. !!!!!!

      Terrible experience trying to open a checking account. I made an appointment, took the time off work and drove all the way to Visalia only to be told (rudely by Krystal at the Mooney branch) that apparantly EECU is an exclusive club even though the website mentions no such thing. Waste of time, terrible customer service, do yourself a favor and go bank somewhere else.
