  Working with this company was such a headache. Reading other reviews makes me jealous, I genuinely wish I could have had a positive experience instead I got a nightmare. Not much organization, considering we constantly had to keep sending the same documents more than once. Severe lack of communication, I can’t count the times I would call and receive no response, so many times I had to go through a third party just to get any information from veritas. The situation got so bad at one point I had to request to no longer receive phone calls and to only receive emails so that I could have a paper trail of what was going on.
