      I recently worked with Casey to buy my leased vehicle. I had an email approval within an hour; I have to note that it’s been close to a week and still no answer from where I do my main banking. Educators gave me a great interest rate , I was able to purchase an extended warranty etc. the whole experience was wonderful and I was treated as valued member of the credit union. Will look to them in the future!!!

      I had a fraudulent/unauthorized ACH withdrawal and the service from ECU was subpar. The result so far is lost money on a newly opened business account. Edit: They have also deleted the DocuSign dispute form and some internal messaging and will not give any information to send a certified letter on the topic to management. Rating stands.
