Mike's experience, knowledge, and availability made the process of closing on a loan a must for us. This was our first home purchase so Mike had his work cut out as far as keeping us informed about every decision. I don't know his secret but everyone I talked to said underwriting was a disaster for them but for us it was a few back and forth emails/texts and it was over.. Great experience.
