      I have been a member since 1991 and have never had an issue with any employee of ECFCU. In particular, both Linda and Barbara will greet and treat you like family. Their ability to remember names that they may only see a few times a year is impressive. And though they are not a big establishment they also don't have all the fees either. Home town courtesy keeps me here.

      Not a good experience over the phone regarding a car loan. Called & went to Dutch Point Credit Union in Wethersfield and it was a much more pleasant experience.
