This bank is horrible to work with. I had a mortgage payment coming out from the same checking for 10 years and suddenly one month to another they changed my account information. Supposedly the old information was supposed to still work but for some reason in October it did not, I spoke with a supervisor that was less than helpful... obviously there is an issue in the system that prevented the bank from recognizing the old banks ACH info. This was not communicated to me... And the only thing I was asking is communication if things change let me know ahead of time, now I paid my mortgage late for the first time ever because of this and I had no control or input. I had to pay the mortgage with funds that would have otherwise been invested earning money. I will be closing this account next year

They had NO GAME PLAN in place!!!!!! 54 Hazard ave. (inside Stop & Shop) closed Sat June 12 for "lack of help" So I go to 49 Hazard ave & 4:20pm. 2 Tellers are working. One for drive-thru & other for lobby. Drive-thru teller apologizing profusely to the driver @ the window. 7 cars after that! 8 patrons ahead of me. NONE of the transactions completed in perhaps18 mins. Walked-out!! Looking for a NEW BANK ASAP!!!!!!!!!
