  My wife and I were ready to buy a home but knew nothing about the process. My friend referred us to Eric and he and his staff were amazing! He is super knowledgeable and helpful, he had tons of patience answering all of our many questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything happening each step of the way! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house!!!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Eric Schaffer as a businessman or as a person. He walked us through buying our first home in a tremendously tumultuous time in our lives and there was nobody else I'd rather have worked with. Eric was always available, always happy to help, always efficient and always accurate and extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. Every single time we asked him to prepare documents for a property-and there were many- every time we asked him to prepare multiple scenarios for each property, he did it quickly and with a smile, succinctly explaining what was going on. He has become a trusted member of the family a dear friend, and has my business for life. If you're unsure who to use for your first or next home, Eric is your guy.
