  I have purchased three homes across multiple states and I have never had a broker as amazing as Erin. Naturally, we shopped around for different brokers in the beginning of the process, but we are so thankful that we selected Erin. She was able to provide us with the most information on our process and possibilities (this was our first new build). Throughout the process, Erin was incredible attentive and responsive to all communication, providing not only written answers/responses, but calls and video walkthroughs of information and paperwork. At the very end of our process, Erin was critical in ensuring our closing was completed on time; although all paperwork and loan requirements were met, we had difficulty with our builders and VA inspection, and Erin was quick to step in and ensure as smooth a closing as possible. At no point did we ever feel like our loan was not a top priority to Erin, and we would happily recommend and encourage reaching out to her!

  I have bought several houses and refinanced several times in the past. I have used Erin Pearce most recently on a purchase and a refinance, and I can say it was the smoothest and nicest transaction I have experience. I would definitely use her again.

  I have been selling real estate for almost 40 years and have worked with many mortgage brokers over the years. I have no hesitation to give Erin Pearce my highest recommendation! I appreciated the loan processing updates and the prompt communication. I was kept fully informed through out our transaction with out having to contact her. The loan was fully approved from start to finish in two weeks and all loan docs and figures were out well in advance of closing. Her rates and closing costs were very competitive. Erin is experienced, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly she gives personal and caring service to each client. My buyers were very pleased with Erin !!
