RJ recently was working with the buyer on one of my listings. He was fantastic. He kept me up to date weekly and he even called to let us know that the loan was approved and that we could close early. He had all the documents into my title company almost a week before closing. I have added RJ to my approved lender list (Not easy to make my list because I am picky). RJ is knowledgable and professional and honest and fun to work with. I also love getting his tip of the week videos.

RJ and his team helped us secure a loan to purchase our home in Lakewood. We had sold our last home at a loss during the recession and were nervous about entering into another loan contract. RJ and his team were there for us throughout the process and helped us get pre approved so when the right house came along, we were able to negotiate and ultimately buy! A year later, they also helped us through the refinancing process, which lowered our payments and got us out of PMI. We've referred several friends and family members since.
