  Do not do business with planet home lending,the stole my money from scrow they paid taxes on different parcel and county sent me a delinquent tax notice it’s been 6 months that planet said they will pay that money back to me because I had to pay out of my pocket every time I call the put me on hold for 1 to 2 hours on tax department

  The customer service is not responsive and it took them three weeks to send out a 30 day pay off. Got hung up on a few times, spent over the course of my calls a couple of hours on hold and lied to by a customer service rep. At the three weeks mark after I got after them 4 or 5 times they sent it. I would delete this review but it's not allowing me to and I cant in good faith give them more then a 2 star review it was originally 1 star and the text was worse so I edited it. Also they respond to bad reviews like they will do something about it refer to the response below but they make no effort to correct anything
