Very clean facility with helpful and friendly staff. I really like the accountability they take as people enter the facility for their banking needs. My name was collected before I entered the facility by someone greeting me. There was evidence of good disinfecting procedures and social distancing. One way in and one way out. I got my banking needs taken care of on my lunch break in plenty of time to return to work and continue my day. This is not my home ESL FCU branch, but would like to call it my home branch. Compared to other banks, ESL FCU does a much better job at taking the pandemic seriously.
