      Employee came off very prejudice and judgemental. I will never recommend anyone to use them. The woman has long hair and is heavy set, with glasses... very unpleasant experience. There's way too many banks to deal with that...

      Tompkins Bank of Castile in Chili Ny did nothing for me I am so hurting upset the person who was supposed to be my financial advisor canceled three appointments with me (Travis) and Cindy O'Grady never got a hold of me for a mortgage on a home and I have lost out on three homes due to this and it's been well over a month and a half . I even tried to reached out to her again today and still didn't get a call back I'm very disappointed in this Bank they lied to me telling me all the perks that I would receive and the services that they could provide I would recommend people shop around and do your research before using this Bank.
