      I built a Medway 3 in Berkshire Park, and I can openly say - I am in love with my home! The distinguishable factors that made my purchase viable were Faber's ability to customize a house to my needs, open layouts, workmanship and, of course, price point.

      Beware.. they don't value ur business's ONLY wants ur money. They don't honor the warrenty and will take every measure to attempt to find ways to void it. My electrical box was falling off my home for 18 month before they addressed the issue. They don't response u have to basically keep emailing them. I brought severally new builds and THIS COMPANY is the worst home. I WILL NEVER BUY FABER again.

      10 years ago we were looking to buy a home after living in an apartment. We got an agent that showed us a dozen homes. None were just right. It was then we thought about building and discovered Faber. Their development was in the perfect location. They had several models of 1-2 story homes that could be further customized inside and out to get the perfect home for us. Their sales team and architects worked with us to make it a reality. The builders made a great house for us that's needed no fixing for 10 years. I give them a 5 star recommendation.
