      I've had nothing but great experiences since I've been a customer of theirs. They call you by name when you walk in the door (at least my teller does) and they're very polite. I love that place. No long lines, plenty of parking, etc. Love it!

      Teller demanded to know what my occupation was. What? In order to order checks. What again??? The interaction ended with a vaguely threatening, "I hope you don't have any problems with your account" final comment. I'm changing banks.

      If I could give Evans Bank a zero star rating I would. We absolutely use to love this bank when it was Fairport Savings Bank and now that Evans bought them over it is awful. You don't get your statements, moblie banking hardly works, their customer service is terrible as well.
