      *Two stars is purely for our house loan experience* Can't beat the 3.3% return on the checking account and all the employees we have dealt with directly have been friendly and helpful, but we had a bad experience with our house loan. We were told the process would take 4-6 weeks and it totaled 4+ months. Was a lot of work on our end fighting (and winning) the appraisals, our contractor and subcontractors were ready to work multiple times but upper management dragged their feet without keeping us informed. I want to note our loan officer was great-kept us informed the best she could, worked her butt off (received emails from her at 10 pm), all the while being overwhelmed with many new loans due to the low rates.
