  I have been in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes. They decided to make the most of the last weekend of lockdown by locking their lobby for no reason. Now the tellers are working as slow as they can because they don’t have to have customers and we can’t complain to a manager.

  I went there last week and the lady was really helpful and super nice and acted like she cared about my problem. So she calls someone to help me and she gives me a paper of what they’re going to do and then how they’re going to email me when they found something out. She gave me her email and the other persons email. Here we are a week later, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed them both and nothing. I was under the impression that they cared and I was going to get help, but boy was I wrong! I also had something notarized and he said he sent it for me, well here we are a month later and my insurance has yet to receive what he said he sent. I called another Heritage Federal Credit Union and talked to a woman named Rachael, and she helped me the most over the phone. So thank you, Rachael! For actually caring and helping me!
