  Everett, helped our daughter buy her first home. Everett is very thorough, professional and patient. Buying a home is a tedious and overwhelming process but Everett made the transaction easy and less intimidating. He explained all the line items. So glad we found him. My suggestion is to send all necessary documents as soon as possible to make your home buying experience less stressful. We highly recommend Everett.

  Everett helped me out buying a new place with a quick turnaround despite the pandemic and the crazy Oahu housing market. My landlord gave me notice that they were selling the place and then got angry when delays in getting my appraisal pushed my original move out date. Everett was able to expedite the process closing on the loan and made sure that everything was correct. This allowed me to move out without things getting ugly with the guys holding my security deposit. On top of this, Everett was responsive and quick in getting me loan estimates and talked to me at length during the whole process. Thanks for the help Everett!

  Everett was incredibly helpful throughout our entire home buying process, especially since we were first-time homebuyers! We have complicated income (part-time, self-employed, flex pay, etc.) and Everett was able to show us all of our options available to us. In this time of turmoil, Everett was able to work efficiently with our bank and also keep the seller's agent happy as well. He was so reassuring during the whole process and managed to balance getting us a great rate without us having to pay our loan down at a high rate. We were so grateful to have Everett on our side and that he was on call for us whenever we needed. He has also followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we know what options were available to us for potential refinancing if rates continue to drop. We highly recommend Everett. He is incredibly smart so we know anyone would be in good hands working with him!
