      Two words will sum them untrustworthy and dishonesty. I work with Mai Nushin, a sales manager. She doesn’t communicate at all, and if she does, it is all lies and excuses. It is ok to tell a client that they don’t qualify, but it is NOT ok to come and back and say I am busy with new loans your refinance has to wait. Vanish and come back after 3 weeks and say…your have this issue and that issue and you have to wait. I suggest you should Just pick the phone and call anyone in this company. All you get is voice mails; I don’t think this company even physically exists—a bunch of loosely connected web of deceivers with a webpage.
