  terrible customer service, asked to speak to branch supervisor and they the african american lady working there said she is the branch supervisor and told me to go screw my self, will be closing my account and had to pay over 1400$ in overdraft fees while i was in the hospital for breaking my foot! STEER CLEAR OF THIS BANK AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  Terrible experience one of the worst in my life , they charged me over 1400$ in over draft fees for things like a 1$ transaction , in my estimate about 30 times if not more for simple transactions such as 10$ for gas theyd charge repeadetly for $35. Nowni have no way to pay my rent cause i just paid them my rent will be looking to rent a room in sand lake area please if anyone can help. Future customers please avoid this area at all costs possible and avoid this bank never have i been charged so many overdraft fees and i went in politely and asked to speak to a branch supervisor and a very rude african american woman just blamed me that its my fault i was in the hospital and had to pay medical bills, CLOSE FAIRWINDS DOWN THERE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AT ANY CHANCE POSSIBLE!!!
