  So when I signed up with familia auto group I explained the specific issue on my credit report, which has to do with collection. Federal law says that after receiving written notice of a debt, consumers have a 30-day window to respond with a debt dispute letter. THE DISPUTE WERE SENT ON AUGUST 19TH AND IN DECEMBER I STILL HAD NO FEEDBACK REGARDING MY MAIN & ONLY CONCERN. 4 months passed and when I would ask about my main and only concern for which I reached out for their services it was never properly addressed. Shouldn't that had been something to be addressed during the first month since it was the whole purpose of asking for their services? YES, I MENTIONED IT MULTIPLE TIMES. PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT AFTER THAT FIRST INITIAL FEE THEY JUST TRY TO EXTEND YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT IT BEING NECESSARY . If it were Necessary that's a different topic!!!!

Therefore, we would like to have the chance to clarify a couple of things, since we have been trying to reach you directly with no success: - Your program started on August 17th, by the 19th the first disputing round was sent as you mentioned. - Your credit score increased 44 points during the first follow up and we were able to remove 8 negative items from your report. Since then, your account has been inactive and therefore we weren't able to continue with the services, due to not being able to get in contact with you.
