      I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years. Needed to take out a secured loan and called and asked to speak to the branch manager. Was unable to speak with anyone I was told to put an application in online. After several days I called and asked to speak with someone and I was told that the loan officer at this branch would call me back within the next day. A week and a half later I still have received no phone call. I went into a national bank that I also have an account with and walked out a half an hour later with a secured loan. Aren't credit unions supposed to be built on service?
