      I recently started a business account. And I experienced something I have never had happen in my life . I had a transaction through a 3rd party payment system -- go sour. The person who received merchandise from me--put a charge-back on it. I called my banker Daniel Tran from the Fullerton Branch. He very wisely took strategic action to avoid a loss for me. Saved by a wise action taken by a very young--but very astute banker. 5 Stars.
