  We did not expect buying a new home to be so smooth! Since this is our first time buying a home, originally my wife and I expected that it would take at least half a year or more than a year to find an old condo that was only 85% satisfied. We didn't expect to buy a townhouse in less than two months. Astonishing! When we got our first 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse, we still felt incredible even though we have gotten the keys! How could that be? Millions thanks to our Mortgage Advisor Viviane. She is very professional, friendly, awesome and efficient. Without her and her team, this would be just a game dream!
