I was charged $684 to file my taxes...i NEVER gotten my State Refund because they took it "to pay for my fees". The girl that filed my taxes was trying to be GREEDY && get some money from me on the side, insisted that Quote: if she got me a good refund will i look out for her, and she was asking for an additional $75. My Federal refund was supposed to be $5936 but yet it was on $1206.05 because i eventually got AUDITED which was my first time EVERRR. My state tax was $278 which i never received. I advise Everyone please please please don't ever use this tax service. I will NEVER go back and if you smart u wouldn't go here either. The people working by the phone are RUDE IGNORANT IMPATIENT makes you hesitant to call the #942-8000 no matter how nice and polite you are, they still manage to have a nasty attitude MALE and females. Please read this review and don't go to them, i know it sounds good getting the $100 just for filing with them but thats actually part of YOUR OWN MONEY...i was charged $684 which is RIDICULOUS. I understand a taught lesson is better than a told lesson but please learn from my mistakes and DON'T GO HERE. And to make matters worse the girl who did my taxes STILL CALLS MY PHONE ASKING FOR THE $75 WHICH I DONT OWE HER ANYTHINGGGGG!!!!!!!!!
