      Listen! I have been a customer of FBC for 9 years! My initial first time mortgage….Then, I did a streamlined refinance…..Then, most recently a Cash Out Refinance. My initial Mortgage through FBC was with Matt Andre. It was so easy. I heard horror stories about resubmitting the same info over and over and also having to keep coming back for information piece by piece. I was given an electronic list of items through a streamlined online portal, submitted online, items were confirmed and just like that I was in underwriting! 4 weeks later I was closing in the comfort of my home. I was then handed off to Chris Mangus for my next two transactions and it was the same deal! Awesome and efficient! Communication was awesome. I could text him, I could E-Mail Chris, and check this out….Chris even answered his phone!!! Listen as long as I am alive I will use FBC. No gimmicks and they will tell you straight up what the deal is. If you are straight up, they will be in my opinion.
