      We refinanced with Matt Ballmaier and had excellent service. Matt was timely in his response to e-mails and was always cheerful. He kept us well informed of the required documents, made it easy for them to be submitted , and kept us up to date on where we were in the process.

      Have to say they are friendly when talking with them. But if you change your mind and decide not to do business with them, even after telling them you no longer interested they will continue to contact you regardless.
