      I have been in the Hilton Head office on several occasions and have always found the staff there to be very knowledgeable and helpful. If you call them you go into Fidelity's main line and there is usually a hefty wait to get a live person. However, you can leave your phone number and wait for a call back rather than hang on for 15 minutes or more. I have been with Fidelity for many many years and think that are great to work with.

      I can't tell you how many times I have called during this pandemic and they were closed. Finally, opened and I was so excited. The guy i spoke with said he would have someone call me back 10 minutes. That was a week ago.

      If it was possible to give no stars I would. Let me just say if you choose this investment/banking institute plan on spending 30min to an hour for each call waiting to connect with someone. The reps don't relay the correct information the accounts are not properly notated so when you do call in you can get the correct information. You cant speak to anyone in the fraud/risk department DIRECTLY. They lock your accounts even after verifying purchase with required information, not even management can get issues taken care or even get the correct information for customers. If I could do it all over again I would have NEVER wasted my time. They seriously need to invest in proper training and customer service. Complete shock considering they are safe keeping people investments. My experience with this company has been horrible save you self the trouble search google for the next best investment company.
