      NextHome Arctic Sun Realty, Magnetic North Realty & Fidelity Title Agency failed to use correct “legal real estate descriptions” on closing paperwork. Statements of “law” isnt part of their profession. That IS real. Law isnt a part of the profession. Either of three party used the knowledge of their industry for quality assurance. Find other agencies and a different title company. These three arent into legal real estate. If your are local ask for details.

      Holly had the wrong name on our title all the way up until closing even though I had already called once prior to closing for them to fix it and was reassured it would be. We have closed on our house and we are still receiving mail with the wrong name so I just called and told Holly this was unacceptable and she didn’t even apologize. She actually tried to blame our realtor for not catching the mistake. The title was not the realtor’s job… it was the title company’s, and they failed. She has reassured me that when the title comes in the mail it will be correct but I don’t have a lot of confidence at this point. Her behavior and our treatment has been dismissive and completely unprofessional. This isn’t like a regular receipt or invoice or something- this is for the title to the HOME we just bought.
