I was unfortunately hacked by a very slick individual who was able to grab my bank account information! Before I even finished telling my bank teller Shelly what had happened, she already had the paper work ready for me to come sign to close my exposed account and open a new one! We were able to close everything before any further damage was done! Very appreciative of her for that!

Banked here for over 20 years never had any problems till now. Opened a savings account, they took it upon themselves to make it a checking account. Cannot get direct deposit to go in
