      In past we have had great service, especially from Tammie. Recently dealing with "Brain " who is arrogant. We have been waiting 3 days for a routine copy of statements. We have gotten excuses but no statements. Later today-- Matter resolved today to our satisfaction. Thank you Brian for your courtesy and attention.

      U pay them.to have account.in overdraft Fees I have been with fifth third for years and they keep making excuses say u have exceed overdraft coverage and then turns around overdraft once again....
