      Very convenient. They are open on Sundays (for Christ's sake!). I'm not a "fan" of banks...but fifth third is the only one I'd recommend.

      Extremely irresponsible. Clara is the only competent person there. We went to do a large wire transfer. Clara seems to treat us like its a very important matter. Others people there namingly John were nonchalant about the matter. If he has a job great, if not great kind of deal.

      Horrendous service, Alec one of the employees bold face lied to me. Lied straight to my face over 50 times just to trick me into setting up an account which after finding out he lied about everything he told me in order to get me to sign up for the more expensive account , I closed it the account immediately. A bunch of scam artists, never sign up with 5/3
