      Z......... at 5200 Dixie Highway location refused to let me withdraw money that was available due to me transferring from one account to another. Had to visit Krogers they seem to trust me. I been with 5/3 20+ years thinking about changing 11/10/2020. --5stars As of 11/16/2020 the Branch Mgr Ms.Patti has called and professionally apologized for her clerk’s methods. Thank you Ms Patti For your concern ..all is well

      I would give no stars if available. Very poor customer service. Saying I’m sorry for a mistake you make but not fixing it. Worst bank ever. Glad this isn’t my regular bank. I will never use a 5th 3rd in the future. Be upfront especially with a new potential client. Trying to sneak feed in at the end of transaction, shame on you!
