  Wow The banker Josie LaVigne served me today where I had many request. She was absolutely fabulous with her professionalism and was so competent. I had to ask, “how long have you worked in the banking industry? Her response was 2 years.” Really?? She resolved an issue where a banker at another location had no idea how to fix and called corporate to be advised. The information that they gave him still didn’t fix the issue. Josie fixed it within minutes!! I’m aware that this location is challenged. Reading most google responses, maybe new management is needed at this location? Well she is an absolute problem solver and could possibly make a huge difference if given the opportunity to manage the branch. She has my vote!! Best of luck to her....

  Hope you don't have to call them for anything they almost never answer at this location and if they do they end up putting you on hold

  I received multiple counterfeit money’s from their ATM. They will not give me my money back now I’m out the money. Be weary about this corrupt bank. Reported then to secret service already.
