  After several years with a smaller bank the bank merged with a larger bank and the services was not the same. Went into the 5th 3rd Bank on Cox Rd to talk with the manager Rudi. We were so impressed with the way Rudi presented the 5th 3rd different plans and the services they had available. After 5 years with the 5th 3rd bank we are very happy with what the 5th 3rd has to offer. What ever you needs are they have a plan. The teller's are always friendly and willing to help. Thanks every one at 5th 3rd Cox Rd

  Slooooooowwwwest 5/3 branch in Cincinnati! Drive-thru service is 10-15 minutes minimum. Appears this branch has only 1 working system which all tellers wait to utilize. Much better service going inside a Kroger mini branch.

  53rd proves once again that they are the worst bank to deal with. Sat for 10 minutes waiting for a manager at this location. Couldn’t even greet me or give me an ETA on availability to resolve my non profit being charge $12
