Wow!! Do they hire only those with terrible customer service at this location or do they train everyone to be that way. Their responses to questions/inquiry, facial expressions, tone and more is just the worst. That's why, although I've been with 5th 3rd the longest and only because it's our joint account, when it came time to open a business account, I chose Huntington; they treat u like you're the most important person. I try to avoid this 5th 3rd location but every now and then, it's my only choice when I'm pressed. But I regret it, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Very worse location and poor customer service overall. People who works at this location discriminate looking at ur ethnicity.Mortgage officer was one of the biggest lier who don’t even know how to deal with customers at all. Front worker don’t have any ideas how to greet and don’t even have idea about banking. I wonder how this people get job here. Worse bank ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location.
