      We have been banking at this location for over 15 yrs and today were “brushed aside” and forgotten about for a scheduled appointment. I was never contacted, I had to call, and when I did to question charges on my account he didn’t even take a second to look into it, he says well “do you purchase online”. Is that even a question right now. Of course I said, all the time. He says you just need to call the 800 number then. This was a waste of my time and I can’t believe I had to schedule an “appointment” for that!
