Every week I get a personal check written out to me, and every week I have no problems cashing it. Today, they kept my check, saying I stole the check from the person who wrote it. They will not give the check back to me.

Worst bank ever. Always blocking my card, takes forever to fix problems and not to mention all the times that customer service loves to hang up on me because they dont want to helpš

The biggest joke of a bank! Tried to purchase a boat from a member of the bank and this bank have lost their title! And took over a week to just tell me? Like what kind of business is that. And they are giving no solutions at all. It was a nightmare the whole process trying to get info from them to my bank. And still the can not get a title for him so he can sell it. What a joke!
