  Have had way too many bad experiences with this bank. Online transactions disappearing, customer service that knows nothing, etc. Just called trying to talk to a rep and ended up getting a message to call back later. It's 3pm on Monday and they don't have anyone to answer the phone? I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Response: Sorry Fifth Third. I shouldn't have to post a negative review for you to fix your problems. It has been going on a long time. Look at the other reviews posted out here. 9/8/21 Update - Got an email about a dormant account. Called the direct line to the person (Jennifer) who supposedly sent it, recording said call back later or schedule an appointment. There was another number after her signature. Called that and it told me the extension was invalid. I noticed there was another number up in the body of the email. Called that and it said everyone was busy, call back later or visit website. I immediately called Huntington with another question I had and got right through. 5/3rd customer support is virtually non-existent.

  Be careful with your information at this location. I went in during the day to speak to a banker personally about my account info little did I know he left his door wide open for everyone to hear I came in thought he'd closed the door behind us but when I got up to leave the door was wide open two customers sitting in chairs next to his office basically heard our entire conversation which is not cool cause we went over a lot of my personal info. And this is suppose to be a bank dedicated to protecting your accounts? BE CAREFUL if you go to this location they have a really low rating for a reason.
